Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Own Your Days (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Own Your Days provides a wedding day management platform including guest management, check-in, seating, wish feeds, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person — sharing accounts between unrelated planners is not permitted on the Free plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Own Your Days to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users’ data or systems
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

5. Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, guest lists, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any personal data relating to your guests.

6. Subscriptions and billing

The Free plan is available at no charge with the features described on the pricing page. The Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term (6 or 12 months) via Stripe; there is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal. Once your term ends, you can purchase a one-month extension at any time to restore Pro access. We do not offer refunds for unused time within a term.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly on the day of your wedding — please have offline backup plans for critical information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Own Your Days shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
