1. Who we are

Own Your Days (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ownyourdays.app, a wedding day management platform for couples, wedding planners, and guests.

2. Information we collect

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a secure hash). Planners and couples may also provide their name.

Wedding data: Guest names, RSVPs, seating arrangements, dietary notes, gift records, and other information you enter into your wedding workspace.

Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to improve the service.

Photos: Any photos uploaded through the guest photo gallery are stored in our cloud storage (Supabase).

3. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Own Your Days service
• To send essential account emails (verification, password reset)
• To process payments via Stripe (Pro subscriptions)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and rely on Supabase’s row-level security for data isolation between wedding workspaces.

5. Guest data

Guest names and other personal details entered into a wedding workspace are controlled by the couple or planner who created that workspace. Guests who access the platform via a wedding link do not create an account and are not tracked beyond the scope of that wedding.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We use a service-worker cache for offline functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Wedding workspace data can be exported from the Settings page.
